Easy to book, car was washed and hoovered which I didnt expect, excellent.
They booked my car in and did everything to ensure that my car was ready on time, so that I wasn't late for work. Very helpful.
Sarah was extremely helpful (as always) and contacted BMW to resolve the issue. She arranged for replacement parts from BMW (costing £7k) as a goodwill gesture and reduced labour costs
Mini service department have been extremely helpful in sorting the repairs on my vehicle.
When I got there, there was no paperwork ready as my appointment had been overlooked. When I collected the car the following morning I was told the complementary valet hadn't been done as they were too busy - very disappointing!
Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me get my service and MOT done between insurance assessment and repairs following theft and damage to my car. A great help at a stressful time.

This is the first time I used Stockport MINI. My Preston MINI contacted me two days after the work had been carried out in stockport and advertised the same MOT for much cheaper. I contacted Stockport MINI who have not responded to me.

booking and reception 5 star BUT I asked about updating my sat nav - did not say do it. The upgrade was started in workshop, had to be aborted & wiped my sat nav. Now having to go back today to have uploaded. Hugely inconvenient &frustrating

I find the staff friendly, courteous and very helpful answering my questions professionally and with honesty.
It was a simple process and I was kept up to speed of where my new mini was in each stage it was at, in the process of being made and delivered.
Very disappointed that despite dropping the car off at 8.30am & clearly stating I needed it back by 3pm and this being noted on the paperwork, I was not contacted till after 3.15pm that the car was ready therefore I was late for an appointment

When replacing parts, another faulty part which wasn't in stock was found, so the repairs couldn't be completed until the next day. I had to work the next day over 30 miles away. Sarah on the front desk went out of her way to arrange a courtesy car.

As stated above. Customer service leading up to delivery and purchase was poor. No response to e mails despite requesting them. I always then had to ring and ask to speak to the sales rep. Never any apologies.
Sarah ( Service ) stayed way past her finishing time to allow me to collect my car, as I was stuck in traffic. Work is always explained thoroughly by the workshop and the Service desk too. Big thanks to Sarah, hope that is recognised for her.

No-one called to tell me when the car was ready. I called mid-afternoon and was told that the servicing team were busy, but they would call me back. They didn't call me back. I ended up collecting the car the next day which caused great inconvenience
No issues. Friendly, courteous people to deal with.
Service was fine but a few minor issues like parking is difficult, documents filled in incorrectly. Other Mini centre washes car when it's in.
