Great service from Mark. Friendly polite and efficient. I have dual controls fitted during the handover and Mark always arranges for a seamless transfer. Good after sales care as well.

I've bought new car in the past Mercedes and BMWs, but have never received such excellent service as I did with the mini both with the help in choosing my car and the personal instructions I received on the various instruments etc. Excellent service

The original fault happened over two years ago and it was not fixed correctly. I feel i should not have had to pay a full payment for the diagnostic. To fix the problem they should have done in the first place.
