Tom was excellent - however the receptionist ( black hair - 2 desks in ) was totally rude, appalling attitude so much so I had to speak to a manager . This is the second time she has been rude , raising her hand to me saying not to speak to her !

Due to replacement part my car was booked in on two occasions. Even though staff were accommodating I still found the experience was not as efficient as previously noted and waiting time was not as expected of Williams in the past.

Vehicle went in 27/7 picked up 28/7 - fault repeated 8 times on 29/7 returned to you 30/7. No contact from you until 3/7. Car apperently suffered windscreen damage on road test. Still not been supplied courtesy vehicle. Disgrace. Sort this out.

Didn't have tyre in stock to be able to replace. I had to take it to another garage to get a replacement and bring it back to get the MOT completed before I went on holiday. Made for a stressful afternoon in a heatwave.

I asked twice when my service would be without reply morning of the service I messaged just after 8 am to be told it was 8.45!!!! I tried to ask for the tyre pressure to be reset but because it was free was unable to submit so it was never done.

Very with the receptionist who booked my appointment. But I walked into your showroom did not speak to anyone and left my key in the electronic box. No human contact! When the mini was ready walked into your showroom collected my key . No contact.
