Wasn't given much options, staff was rude and felt belittled because I was a mobility customer staff need better training and to understand that there are many many companies that participate in the scheme so they need to make everybody feel welcome

I just called into Williams Stockport to enquire regarding changing my mini in Dec time and Tom Scholey was very helpful and booked me in to go back and see him properly about it. Which I did. It was so smooth and easy to purchase the new mini.

I was informed that my car would be cleaned and vacuumed inside. This didn't happen. My car was covered in water/soap splash marks afterwards, as if another car had been cleaned nearby.
