Car arrived on time on date suggested at time of order. Alicia, the sales representative kept us updated regularly on the order status. She was friendly and efficient and made the whole process really stress free. Everything was clearly explained.

My car has a fault that should have been picked up in MOT, I made them aware of warning when I picked car up and felt fobbed of to get rid of me, rather than keeping my car in for further investigation.
