Enjoyable test drive. Issue on sales promotion launch day with computer systems down, so by lunchtime when I was able to order the expected delivery date of my vehicle was later than expected, however I was offered an additional contribution to cost.

I was satisfied with the work carried out but was dissatisfied with the booking of my appointment. I had written confirmation of the date and time but it wasn't booked in on your system. Luckily there was a cancellation so my car was able to be done.

The centre itself is absolutely beautiful and so welcoming with everything you could need and ask for while waiting. Everyone was so lovely and helpful too.

Centre was great, staff helpful. I'd take 1/2 star off if that was an option because I had to wait longer than expected. I'd decided to book a wait appointment and was told it would be 1 - 1.5 hours but was 1 hr 45.

Emma was phenomenal!! I was in a rush as my daughter had an appt, the receptionist asked a man on an empty desk to help me who was "too busy" (not the best start) however Emma swooped in with the real "customer first" approach. She was amazing.

No problems with the service of the vehicle. Was disappointed that we booked online for 10:00am, it was changed to 09:10 am, booked it to pick up st 16:00 hrs, was told to collect at 17:00 hrs, eventually ready at 17:15.Online booking not good

Heater faulty. Not a fault I would expect at less than 3 years. Problem dealt with under warranty - as expected. Hand over and hand back procedures at Williams Stockport are poor

Arranging for tyre repair and bringing car to garage -completely satisfied. Repair disappointing-had to return car following day to sort. Expressed disappointment-still waiting for call back from Service Manager-dissatisfied!

Mini Stockport was absolutely shocking Due to a number of reasons after ample opportunities to fix the problems with my car they told me just to reject it as nothing else could be done

Dawn who dealt with me was so lovely, I'd had a really tough morning when I dropped my car off, she even emailed me to check on me. My car wasn't ready so she was able to find me a courtesy car which was so helpful. She was so lovely and it helped!!

The service was carried out fine to my knowledge under my service plan. The car wash was broke this day I was told my car would be vacuumed but it wasn't. No time to go back in to let them know. So I missed out on ca washed finally and vacuum.

Firstly you have sent this survey to my old email address so haven't updated records as requested repeatedly. Dropped car off before 10am for MOT. Still not been done by 3.15pm then couldn't finish what was needed. Not enough characters left to say.

I had to do the self key drop off which felt quite long- it asked me if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed after it's MOT, I selected yes and it hadn't been done so not sure why there was an option for this ?

Staff friendly but service department feels disconnected from Mini sales. Car is never cleaned after fixing. Would have liked more proactive compensation offers. No courtesy car available but taxi offered.
