Ive wanted a Mini for so long. Called into Williams in Stockport.Met a lovely lady called Alisha and I was hooked Picking it up,was amazing,I was so excited.Alisha made it so special.I love it.

Pre service comms unhelpful and grease left on car seats when picked up and well mats suggesting covers not used. The problem was quickly resolved by reception. Looked like car wells not cleaned as they are normally part of wash service

Ease and speed of the automatic check in Every one was polite and helpful. Minor irritation - had to approach a second time to speak to someone when I just wanted to hand over extra information about the car. Good text coms on work progress.

Whilst Mini agreed to cover the cost of the fault, my car then came back with two more faults. It seemed a little coincidental. And it's disappointing that there's no complimentary clean provided! What's the incentive to come back to Mini?
