I received a warm welcome when I arrived, I was offered a drink. Then we went through the electronic handover. Followed by a handover inside the vehicle with Alisha. Who was very knowledgeable regarding the workings of the controls - thank you

When arriving I was asked if I wanted the clean washed and ticked yes, however this wasn't done.

The first problem is the BOT, it is hard to get it to understand. If you end up at service it is a call centre that cannot help. No one answered at Stockport service and the BOT gets stuck in a loop trying to connect.

Wasn't keen on the self service log in. It wouldn't work for me- did not acknowledge my car. I prefer personal touch.

Happy with the service, but my report did not get sent to me until a couple of days later. Usually I would have received my report before hand and I would have been able to authorise and book any work in straight away.

Ive wanted a Mini for so long. Called into Williams in Stockport.Met a lovely lady called Alisha and I was hooked Picking it up,was amazing,I was so excited.Alisha made it so special.I love it.
