Unfortunately I am still awaiting payment from my part exchange despite my old car being listed for sale. My trade in was 22nd April and as of today's date 27th April no funds have been received in my bank.

Absolutely amazing from order to handover. Kept up to date and everything was explained very well. Alisha Lane was fantastic, and went out of her way to accomodate my wife's disability and was very attentive to her needs as well.

Wasn't given much options, staff was rude and felt belittled because I was a mobility customer staff need better training and to understand that there are many many companies that participate in the scheme so they need to make everybody feel welcome

It's was a repeat visit after having the car in on Monday it developed new faults after pick up even though the car passed its MOT and had a clear health check up. Upon this visit two days later I'm being told there are red faults.

Richard was the service contact for my recent visit and was very helpful and flexible. I was down as a "while you wait" appointment, but I arrived a few hours early, and he quickly made sure that I was his priority and got me booked in!

Centre was great, staff helpful. I'd take 1/2 star off if that was an option because I had to wait longer than expected. I'd decided to book a wait appointment and was told it would be 1 - 1.5 hours but was 1 hr 45.

Emma was phenomenal!! I was in a rush as my daughter had an appt, the receptionist asked a man on an empty desk to help me who was "too busy" (not the best start) however Emma swooped in with the real "customer first" approach. She was amazing.
