Ive wanted a Mini for so long. Called into Williams in Stockport.Met a lovely lady called Alisha and I was hooked Picking it up,was amazing,I was so excited.Alisha made it so special.I love it.

Service from the department was excellent as always, not a fan of the new automated machine bank drop off and reduced staff numbers. I prefer to speak to a member of staff on drop off to discuss any problems.

i removed 1 star as i was told my car would be cleaned when i collected it unfortunately it hadn't.

Pre service comms unhelpful and grease left on car seats when picked up and well mats suggesting covers not used. The problem was quickly resolved by reception. Looked like car wells not cleaned as they are normally part of wash service
