Wasn't given much options, staff was rude and felt belittled because I was a mobility customer staff need better training and to understand that there are many many companies that participate in the scheme so they need to make everybody feel welcome

First time been since combined with BMW, expectations were high as mini have always had outstanding customer service. Felt it was a little disjointed, greeted and left waiting around. Once I was sat down with richard cannot fault his interaction.

Straightforward purchases, all my questions were answered quickly and professionally. All the car features were explained clearly and at a good pace, by Ben. Nothing was too much trouble for him, a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
