Everything went smoothly from start to finish and Jake who dealt with us was such a lovely person too. Communication was excellent and if we had any questions, Jake was able to answer them.

It was my Dream to own a Mini Cooper as my 1st car bought with my hard earned money and that dream came true on the 17th August 2026 after recieving the keys and driving it home from the showroom. Williams Stockport gave me the best experience. Kudos

Friendly, professional, helpful, welcoming Accommodating me when I needed to pick up the car a different day to what had been arranged nothing was too much trouble. On car pick up the sales lady was extremely informative and helpful.

Would have been 5 but booked 7.30 drop off but service centre to drop off key was not opened until 7.55. Also I didn't know I had seasonal check ups as full paperwork was not received. I found out by chance. I have now received full details.

The check in and out process was really easy, staff were very friendly. My car wasnt very clean on collection e.g. boot wasnt hoovered - given the cost I expected the car to be really clean.
