Car arrived on time on date suggested at time of order. Alicia, the sales representative kept us updated regularly on the order status. She was friendly and efficient and made the whole process really stress free. Everything was clearly explained.

I booked my car in with a fault that was around the car charging port door that was open - I booked the car in expecting this car to be back to be around 16:30 - however I received a phone call around 15:00 to state that they didn't have the part

Service and staff ok, on line booking I couldn't complete it as it would not recognise my on line signature after multiple attempts

I was satisfied with the work carried out but was dissatisfied with the booking of my appointment. I had written confirmation of the date and time but it wasn't booked in on your system. Luckily there was a cancellation so my car was able to be done.
