It was a pleasure to buy my mini from Williams and Jake was excellent. He was open, honest and upfront. He kept in touch with us and made the whole experience very easy. This is my third new mini, the first from Williams and definitely the best.

Jake was so helpful. He was attentive when I visited the centre on 2 occasions, he was available to answer any questions and was prompt in his responses. I would recommend visiting this centre to anyone thinking of buying a mini, and asking for Jake.

My Mini was in the garage for 2 and 1/2 days after I was originally told the work would take about 2 hours when I booked it in.

Appreciated flexibility to change the booking date.However, I wasn't informed at initial booking that it would take 2 full days, so work/home life had to to be adjusted with no car. No courtesy car offered. Car not washed as promised before return.

I wanted it all done in one go but the tyre van. Broke down so I had to come back in the Saturday morning not your fault but got me in first thing in the Saturday even though you were fully booked .. drink selection elite .. prices are very expensive

Lack of communication.. nobody answers the phone other than the AI lady who will transfer you to anybody but if they dont answer you can get bounced around the department. And i have been.

Tom was excellent - however the receptionist ( black hair - 2 desks in ) was totally rude, appalling attitude so much so I had to speak to a manager . This is the second time she has been rude , raising her hand to me saying not to speak to her !

When booking the vehicle in I visited the dealership but the service advisor missed of an item that was required so I got call during the day to ask if I wanted this work done not a problem but should have been handled properly

Due to replacement part my car was booked in on two occasions. Even though staff were accommodating I still found the experience was not as efficient as previously noted and waiting time was not as expected of Williams in the past.

Vehicle went in 27/7 picked up 28/7 - fault repeated 8 times on 29/7 returned to you 30/7. No contact from you until 3/7. Car apperently suffered windscreen damage on road test. Still not been supplied courtesy vehicle. Disgrace. Sort this out.

Didn't have tyre in stock to be able to replace. I had to take it to another garage to get a replacement and bring it back to get the MOT completed before I went on holiday. Made for a stressful afternoon in a heatwave.

I asked twice when my service would be without reply morning of the service I messaged just after 8 am to be told it was 8.45!!!! I tried to ask for the tyre pressure to be reset but because it was free was unable to submit so it was never done.

We were looked after and kept informed throughout the process by Jake(Gallimore). He was friendly and very professional. On delivery of the car he spent time with us, went through the controls and linked my i-phone. You should keep hold of Jake.
