Ben kept me informed throughout the whole process and quick to respond to any questions I had. Although the wait time on the car was longer than initially expected, I was kept up to date and had great support.

Dawn who dealt with me was so lovely, I'd had a really tough morning when I dropped my car off, she even emailed me to check on me. My car wasn't ready so she was able to find me a courtesy car which was so helpful. She was so lovely and it helped!!

The service was carried out fine to my knowledge under my service plan. The car wash was broke this day I was told my car would be vacuumed but it wasn't. No time to go back in to let them know. So I missed out on ca washed finally and vacuum.
