The sales agent, Naz, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She kept me updated at all stages of the process. Nothing was too much trouble. She came across as honest and fair and wasn't pushy with the options we didn't want.

Easy process dropping off my car and picking up my car with the lockbox's.

Vehicle went in 27/7 picked up 28/7 - fault repeated 8 times on 29/7 returned to you 30/7. No contact from you until 3/7. Car apperently suffered windscreen damage on road test. Still not been supplied courtesy vehicle. Disgrace. Sort this out.
