Lovely people, great service. But unfortunately, the MOT machine broke so couldn't be done which means I need to drive down again and take time off work.

Tom was excellent - however the receptionist ( black hair - 2 desks in ) was totally rude, appalling attitude so much so I had to speak to a manager . This is the second time she has been rude , raising her hand to me saying not to speak to her !

When booking the vehicle in I visited the dealership but the service advisor missed of an item that was required so I got call during the day to ask if I wanted this work done not a problem but should have been handled properly

The service was well organised with all staff keeping myself updated to where my vehicle was and what was happening. Communication sent was efficient and made the check in process smoothly. Car serviced and returned as quickly as possible.

Due to replacement part my car was booked in on two occasions. Even though staff were accommodating I still found the experience was not as efficient as previously noted and waiting time was not as expected of Williams in the past.
