The regular contact was great and very reassuring for me. Being shown how everything worked made me drive away with confidence and the thought put into everything was clear. I even had a call after pick up to check all was ok.

Jake was a perfect salesman for me. He provide the answers to all my questions, guided me through the technical issues of purchasing and driving, without ever once making me feel stupid for not understanding first time. He gave me confidence!

Ben was brilliant. He was endlessly patient. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything thoroughly but without being patronising as some salespeople can be. He also obviously knew and understood the product and in my opinion is excellent.
