Service was ok but hate the constant chase ups as to whether I'm coming, what time etc and the faceless reception is B. awful/ bring back a human being.

The service team are adept at ignoring customers. The automated check-in wouldn't work and nobody showed any interest at all in dealing with me. I was told the repair would take 2 hours and that I would be kept updated. Nothing!
