Outstanding experience at the Williams Stockport branch. From the start of the buying process to the delivery of the car I was looked after by Mr Abdul Mir. Throughout the entire buying process he kept me updated and informed at all times.

My link sales executive Jordan was particularly polite, friendly and helpful, highlighting the mini's specifications, options and ultimately guiding me through the sales process. I felt very looked after and confident I'd made the correct buy.

Whilst waiting, (although not for long) the coffee is good quality, and the environment is calm and professional. Jake was super friendly, and explained and set up all functions on the new car to suit my needs.

The only concern I had was I though that the sales centre should have played a more effective part in dealing with Mini Finanice on extending the finance time. however sales team were very helpful

I had a letter from BMW saying my car had a recall which needed attention I called Williams they originally told me that it was still driveable even though the fault was on the anti collision system? This made me a little uneasy why write?

Only disappointing thing is I came for my MOT Saturday and break disk and pad but when it went in 2 days later (only driven home on the Saturday) there was more work flagged that needed attention
