Dawn on reception was most helpful and such a friendly cheery person rang through to service to see how long car would be needed asked if l needed a taxi , when l said no l will walk asked if l wanted to take an umbrella or did l want to wait
On time and work completed to a high standard
1/2 a star off because the taxi took a long time to arrive (not Williams fault though), would have been better if I'd been able to check on taxi location

Everything was explained and I was kept updated throughout the day. The only thing I feel that could be improved is a pick up and drop off service even at a cost. The taxi cost only covers one way.

Staff are fabulous, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel special. This branch are excellent at customer service and I couldn't praise them enough.
We were able to book car in on the day we wanted. It was ready when we asked and the car was clean and hoovered when we collected it.

The service was a joke, I was past around like the staff didn't know where to send me for the right department. Waiting a long time for phone calls, wrong part had been ordered for the car even when staff had all my information about the car.
We were kept well informed throughout and the turn around was really quick

Mark the motability advisor was very pleasant and prompt with updates on the vehicle delivery status. After that, I am completely dissatisfied with their service.
Area available to work as had to wait for the vehicle .... even better they did the car first as I was waiting
The service team fixed the issue and they also saw us on the same day. They were very helpful throughout the time the car was there and gave me regular updates on where they were with the work.
All good, wish it didn't cost so much but apppreciate the good service.

Ed reader took us through the whole process and we were, and are, so happy to have met him. He understood very quickly what we wanted and when we picked the car up he explained everything beautifully. We are thrilled to bits.

Can't fault the service. Car was ready on time and nice to come back to it cleaned inside and out
We were given lots of updates and were kept in the loop at all times
Overall very satisfied. My appointment was scheduled with a 90 minute wait time and the car was ready within that time. I then had to wait a further hour for the car to be washed. Leaving the car for the day would have been a better option.
